Founder & Principal Officer

58 years old professional with over 37 years of experience in Banking, Mortgages, Insurance and Real Estate field while working for ICICI Bank, DHFL group, Brigade group, SEPL group and Risk Redefined Insurance Marketing LLP. His last assignment with ICICI Bank was that of a Deputy General Manager, heading Real Estate Valuations for the Bank while earlier, he handled various Regional /Zonal and National responsibilities in Mortgages and Property Services divisions. The last assignment in DHFL group was Business Head for DHFL Property Services while earlier he handled various responsibilities in Regional and Zonal levels in Mortgages. His previous two assignments before promoting Risk Redefined Insurance Marketing LLP were those of Chief Operating Officer in Tandem Allied Services Pvt Ltd ( a Brigade Group Company) and Managing Director of Shejawadkar Design and Constructions Pvt Ltd.

Before co-promoting Risk Redefined, he played pivotal roles at India's top NBFCs and financial powerhouses including DHFL, Weizmann Homes (now L&T Finance), Gruh Finance (now Bandhan Bank), and PNB MetLife India Insurance — spanning Branch Operations, P&L Management, Internal Audits, and Vigilance. He is passionate about wealth creation and guides clients through custom market-linked strategies.

Anuradha is a fashion and lifestyle designer with a career spanning over 25 years. In her role as the co-founder and partner at Risk Redefined, she is actively involved in the creative, marketing, and sales departments at the firm.
